I made a new Squidoo lens titled Free Online Puzzle Games. It explains the different types of categories that puzzle games are usually placed in. It also lists some puzzle games that I recently added and which ones I enjoyed the most.
The most common types of puzzle games include maze platforms, critical placement, and matching. Andrew the Droid is a good example of a maze platform game. You can also try Totem Destroyer 2 as a critical placement game, or the very popular free online Bejeweled Blitz as a matching game.
